The Alpha Alpha Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. is pleased to announce that they are providing two scholarships in the amount of $800 to students currently enrolled in high schools in the counties of Jefferson, Hardin, Orange, or Jasper, TX. These scholarships will be awarded to deserving graduating male students who exemplify the highest level of scholarship, community service, and leadership as they pursue higher education.

Eligible applicants include:

• Graduating high school students who plan to enroll in a college or university (proof of enrollment required).

Application requirements are given below.

To be eligible to receive the 2025 - 2026 Alpha Alpha Sigma Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

 

Must be presently enrolled as a high school senior at a high school located in the counties of Jefferson, Hardin, Orange, or Jasper, TX (Graduating High School Students Only)

Born Male
Must be a graduating High School senior in Spring, 2026.
Must have a minimum 2.75 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
Must have a record of community service or student leadership.
Must be planning to attend an accredited college/university and be enrolled in 12 or more
credit hours in the Fall of 2026 (Verification of Enrollment must be provided.)
